Diane Bradley, Esq., is the founder
and lead counsel of Diane Bradley & Associates. Ms.
Bradley has established her legal career by representing small
and large clients on various employment matters ranging from
individual client counseling to complex class litigation. As
a former trial attorney and mediator for the United States
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and as a senior lawyer
with two major employment law firms, Ms. Bradley
has accumulated over fifteen years of invaluable legal experience
by litigating, mediating and counseling clients in the employment
and labor law arena from across the country.
Since 1998, Ms. Bradley has served as an adjunct
professor at the University of Maryland,
University College, where she teaches Employment Law for Business
and Business Law. Ms. Bradley
also served as a contributing editor for the textbook, Employment
Law for Business, 3rd and 4th editions, by Dawn D. Bennett-Alexander
and Laura P. Hartman; McGraw Hill publisher.
Ms. Bradley obtained her Juris Doctorate
from the Howard University, School of Law and a Bachelor
of Arts degree from the California State University, Long Beach.
In addition
to being a member of the District of Columbia, District Court
of Maryland and Pennsylvania bars, Diane Bradley is a member
